We have a special focus on baseball and combat sports athletes, but are open to any and all. Our tailored treatment plans and expertise in rehabilitation, strength, and conditioning, ensure that you receive the specialized care you need to perform at your best. Our Services

  • Personalized PT for your aches and pains - be it a strain, sprain, post-op, and everything in-between, we've got you covered

  • A wise man once said "You can't go wrong, getting strong". Whether your an athlete looking to up your game, or just trying to build some bodily strength and resilience, we'll work with you to reach your goals

  • A bundle of PT and Strength & Conditioning - the double whammy deal. 1-2 PT Sessions/week with customized strength and conditioning programing to get you in top notch shape

  • Need a strength program but don't want the coaching? We got you! Schedule a consultation and we can draft a customized program to help you reach your personal goals

  • Looking to add some velocity in the off season? Needing to on-ramp after and injury or time off? Maybe you need a good return-to-throw after surgery? We can get you throwing gas and feeling great with custom throwing programs

  • Free consultations are available to see if PT or Training is right for you! Consultations are also needed for custom strength and throwing programming so we can focus on your goals and work together to achieve them

  • 30 Minute Screens and Testing for:

    • Personalized Mobility Routines (Lower Body, Upper Body, Spine)

    • Specific Arm Care and Exercises to address deficits in throwing athletes

  • 30 Minute Manual Therapy Sessions including:
    - Soft tissue mobilization
    - PNF Mobilization
    - Scraping (IASTM)
    - Cupping
    - Active Release
    - Massage Gunning
    - Various other manual modalities

    $50 per 30 min Session
